Beach Residential

This project was developed during the Architectural Visualization Course offered by Arquido where I used an existing design to learn a workflow combination of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.

The house was designed for two inhabitants featuring one bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and deck with a pool. I had the freedom to choose and place the furniture. I chose to develop an industrial interior design with a color palette consisting of black, gray, and accents in yellow.
